Dear Sir/Madame: 

On November 22, 2008 from 11am-4pm
we will be hosting a holiday festival in St. Brendan’s Church Hall.  

We are seeking vendors to sell
their products.  The cost for the vendor will be $50 per 8 foot
table and we ask that you donate one of your products to our raffle
table. 

You will be able to come into
the hall and set up anytime after 9am.  We ask that you clean up
your area immediately at 4pm in order for the hall to be set up for
a separate event the same evening.  You will be responsible for
all Massachusetts sales tax. 

A check for $50 made payable
to St. Brendan Guild can be mailed to Christine Bailey at St. Brendan’s
School 29 Rita Road, Dorchester, MA 02124.  We must receive your
check by November 10^th.  Also, please send us a description
of the product you will be selling so we can add it to the flyer.
