Diversions On Both The Dorchester and South Shore Lines Saturday, February 17, 2007 Thru Monday, February 19, 2007

Effective at the start of service on Saturday, February 17 th through the end of service on Monday, February 19 th , Bus shuttle service will replace Red Line service between Broadway and JFK/UMass Stations on the South Shore Line, and between Broadway and Ashmont Stations on the Dorchester Line. This Bus replacement service will allow the MBTA’s contractors, J.F. White & Barletta Heavy Division, access to the Red Line between Broadway and Ashmont stations to perform necessary work.

~ NORMAL RED LINE SERVICE WILL RESUME AT THE START OF SERVICE ON TUESDAY MORNING ~

Bus shuttle service will begin at the start of service on Saturday and continue until the end of service on Monday. Bus service will be available at Broadway, Andrew, JFK/UMass, Savin Hill, Fields Corner, Shawmut and Ashmont stations throughout the Presidents Day weekend. Please be assured that Red Line and Bus Operations Personnel will be available throughout the Bunker Hill Day weekend directing passengers to shuttle buses.
