REGISTRATION FOR THE FALL 2008 SEASON RUNS FROM MAY 10, 2008 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2008 ONLY. 
 
 
We're very happy that the registration cost
for Dorchester Youth Soccer has NOT increased since last year.
(This may be the only cost in your life that has stayed the same!!!)
 
The program is open to all kids who are aged 4 through 14.  To participate, kids must be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2008.  Children must be under age 15 on September 1, 2008.
Prior experience is not needed!  The only equipment required
to play is:  soccer cleats and shinguards (both available at
stores like Target, Wal-Mart, etc. at reasonable cost), and a pair of
black shorts.
 
Four-year-olds and 5-year-olds participate
in the DYS Clinics which run on Sunday mornings for 8 weeks, starting
in September 2008.  (We'll inform registrants of the exact date
later in the summer.)  Kids aged 6 - 14 play for 10 weeks, also on
Sundays (times vary depending upon game schedules).  These teams
for kids aged 6+ also have a practice session once during the week, at
a time/date/place determined by the team coach.  Attendance at
practices isn't mandatory, but team performance is negatively impacted
if kids don't attend practices.
